Cyndi has had the pleasure of teaching acting, musical theatre performance, and private voice for over 20 years. She has taught in New York City, California, Tennessee, and Oklahoma. As an actor, her credits include Off-Broadway, National Tours, Film, Television and Commercials. As a director, she has directed or co-directed over 40 productions. Cyndi believes that students should be exposed to all forms of theatre so that they are able to discover what makes them unique as a performer. She feels that there are no small parts; one should be prepared to perform any role – ensemble, supporting, or a lead – with no one being greater than the other. By pursuing this philosophy, she has students working in every aspect of performing: Film, Television, Broadway, Off-Broadway, and Regional Theatre.
